5.2 Void Bets. ttbet11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim, where such limit is permissible under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
